Since 2015, she has helped over 500 authors globally market their books and build sustainable author brands.
In 2015, Neha co-founded Booknerds with her husband Rohan Raj, growing it into a thriving community of 25,000+ readers. Her work has been featured in The Times of India, Hindustan Times, The Statesman, and on Doordarshan, and has been featured by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. Booknerds won the Best Reading Club 2023 award at the Hyderabad Literature Festival.
In 2023, Neha launched Booknerds Author Agency, a bespoke book marketing and author branding service. She has since been featured among the Top Book Marketers of India, named a Top 1% Creator on Topmate, and was nominated for the Topmate Creator Awards 2024 in the Most Innovative category. She has coached 500+ authors across the United States, the United Kingdom, India, Australia, and Dubai. In 2026, she was named in the Economic Times Edge 40 Under 40 list.
Her debut book, I Wrote a Book! Now What?, published by Hay House India, distills nearly a decade of hands-on experience into a zero-fluff, strategic guide for authors navigating the world beyond the final draft.
